Football prediction betting tips today for Denmark-England

Just few days after beating Iceland in Reykjavik, England will visit Denmark in Copenhagen in another game from League A’s Group 2 of the Nations League. The Three Lions are motivated to record a second win in the group, but it can’t be easy against the Scandinavian team. Let’s preview it in our football prediction betting tips today.

Denmark lost their first game in the group. The Red Dynamite hosted Belgium at the Parken, but the game ended with a 2-0 win for the Red Devils. Kasper Hjulmand’s boys gave their all on the pitch, but as we know – the Belgians are pretty good at the moment. There’s no doubt about that.

We expect to see Kasper Hjulmand doing some changes in his line-up for the next game. Maybe Parma’s Andreas Cornelius will start against the Red Devils. Cornelius entered the pitch as a substitute against Belgium, replacing Kasper Dolberg.

Denmark surely do not have the stars we could find in the English team, but they will have a proper chance if they show a solid teamwork on the pitch.

England had luck, but they started their Nations League season with a win. Gareth Southgate’s team visited Iceland and had to wait until the 91th minute to score. That’s when Raheem Sterling executed a penalty kick and beat the goalkeeper for the final 1-0 result.

The manager Gareth Southgate has a very talented squad to work with, but the right back Kyle Walker won’t be avaliable against Denmark. The Manchester City star got sent off against Iceland few days ago. But that’s not such of a problem because Walker should be replaced by Liverpool’s ace Trent Alexander-Arnold.

In our football prediction betting tips today we believe England are the better team at the moment, but sometimes it’s not easy at all against Denmark. If the Scandinavians show their best qualities on the pitch, it won’t be a walk in the park for Southgate’s boys.
